Pennsylvania Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Flexible Block Scheduling

An ongoing locum tenens opportunity for a Pediatric Anesthesiologist is now available in Pennsylvania. This long-term assignment offers a stable practice environment with scheduling flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient coverage at a Level III Trauma Center
• Physician will work solo
• Patient population is 75% pediatric and 25% adult

Schedule

• Coverage needed for approximately 15 shifts per month
• Minimum commitment of only one week per month
• Weekday shifts with evening pager call
• Weekend pager call coverage

Procedures and Cases

• Pediatric cases: NICU, orthopedic, ENT, GI, MRI sedations, and dental
• General adult anesthesiology cases are also required
• No cardiac or spine cases

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Active ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 12 months of experience

Credentialing Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania medical license
• Open to IMLC Physicians
• Credentialing support provided

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare arranged and provided
• Rental car and lodging covered for the duration of your assignment
