We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to join our holistic in-home pediatric practice serving infants and toddlers in West Los Angeles. This role is ideal for an OT who is confident working in natural environment, values parent coaching and uses a child led approach to treatment.

About the Role:
As part of our early intervention team, you’ll support infants and toddlers in reaching developmental milestones through play-based, child-led, family-centered sessions in the home environment. You’ll collaborate with caregivers and educators to empower them with strategies that promote fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development.
What You’ll Do
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide 1:1 therapy in-home, daycare and school settings, focusing on fine motor development, sensory integration, self-regulation, feeding, and social-emotional skills.
Work directly with families, caregivers and educators to implement therapeutic strategies to help the child reach their goals
Utilize play-based, sensory, and behavioral approaches
Write treatment documentation and progress reports
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Current California OT license (required). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience: Minimum 18 months working with children ages 0-3 years old.
Skills: Working with families with young children and sensory integration training. Feeding therapy a plus.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
